Parents of developmentally disabled children need to also consider the reality that their child will always need varying degrees of support to achieve this future.”

Our Plan

We view this project in three phases:

  1. Obtain the location/land
  2. Build a remarkable dwelling
  3. Create a sustainable program for the residents living with a disability

PHASE 1
LOCATION:  While there are many sites available for a building of our plans, we favour a location that is close to services, and has good public transit options.

PHASE 2
BUILDING:  Together, with the right professionals, we will create an attractive building that compliments its environment.

PHASE 3
OPERATION PLAN:   We will have staff assist with a carefully developed plan for our residents to thrive in their independent housing.
